COATS was originally, in the 90’s, created by a staffing firm who continues to operate today, Reliance Staffing Services, in the Hampton Roads, VA market. We know and understand the staffing business. We began to sell COATS in December of 1995 and continue to have a strong presence in the staffing software market with over 2000 installed users and 300 companies. We offer excellent customer service through communication and partnerships. We listen to our clients and include their feedback in new releases.
